The Go2Grove Digital Handbook primarily aims to support the capacity-building of Ukrainian refugees in the field of olive cultivation and olive oil production by providing them with a structured, accessible, and comprehensive learning resource.

Specifically, it aims:

• to help learners understand the life cycle of olive oil, from tree cultivation and sustainable harvesting to production, packaging, and distribution
• to support learners with exploring consumer demand, pricing factors, market challenges, and innovations taking place in the olive oil industry
• to provide learners with knowledge about quality indicators, regulatory frameworks, and methods to detect and prevent fraud in olive oil production and distribution
• to familiarize learners with relevant key terminology ensuring that there is consistency in training.

The overall aim is that, through the Go2Grove Digital Handbook, learners will enhance their ability to integrate into host countries' olive oil labor market and culture and get more comfortable with their skills regarding sustainable agricultural practices.
