Cámara Badajoz
Founded in 1886, the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Badajoz (Cámara Badajoz) is a Public Law Corporation established as a collaborative body of public governments. The Chamber’s mission is to represent, promote and defend the general interests of the economic structure in its region.
Cámara Badajoz operates at a provincial level (nearly 700,000 inhabitants) in the Extremadura Region, bordering Portugal. Similarly, it works with the regional government (about 1,000,000 inhabitants) for the development of economic activity in the region. Although over 40,000 businesses are incorporated by law to the Chamber of Commerce, the activities carried out incorporate targets not directly involved, such as: potential entrepreneurs, students, unemployed people, and even consumers.
By law, Cámara Badajoz develops the following public-administrative functions: issuance of export certificates, compilation of regulatory practices and customs in business relations, advise to public authorities about measures for business promotion, support, enhancement to exports, and many others.

KAINOTOMIA
KAINOTOMIA is a Lifelong Learning Centre in Greece, specializing in Vocational Education and Training (VET). With extensive experience in implementing over 60 continuing vocational training programs, it has supported unemployed individuals, educators, students, employees, self-employed professionals, and vulnerable social groups in developing professional opportunities and achieving labor market integration. Through innovative training initiatives, consultancy services for businesses, and personalized advisory support, the organization facilitates (re)entry into employment and professional development.
As an active participant in both national and European projects, the organization combines expertise in modern fields with those in high demand, ensuring that trainees acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for sustainable career paths. It also engages in co-funded national programs that promote local development and entrepreneurship, aligning training with regional needs and growth potential.
The training facilities, fully accessible to individuals with disabilities, include three dedicated rooms with a total capacity of 91 trainees. Programs are delivered both in-person and online through a dedicated e-learning platform, ensuring flexibility and accessibility. Additionally, career guidance and counseling services are provided in collaboration with regional stakeholder networks, tailored to individual needs.
Committed to modernizing education and training, the organization introduces new learning methodologies that emphasize key competencies, digital literacy, and language skills. Special focus is given to ICT-enhanced learning, open educational resources, virtual mobility, and flexible learning methods. Furthermore, it actively supports upskilling and reskilling initiatives through mobility opportunities in EU member states, fostering international cooperation and intercultural exchange.

EduFem
EduFem is a young non-profit organisation with the aim of offering non-formal and informal educational activities and programmes to the community with a special focus on vulnerable groups of people -primarily, women and migrants. EDUFEM acts as a community center open to individuals, associations, or any groups of persons who would like to participate in social and educational initiatives or seek for advice and counselling to start their own. It also aims at promoting citizens’ participation in social projects and programmes at a local level (social integration, volunteering, entrepreneurship, participation educational activities). EduFem advocates for LLL as key element of social inclusion and thus it doesn’t only provide educational activities, but it also cooperates with educational centres, associations of migrants, women’s organisations, public bodies, and other associations to mutually support each other’s initiatives and multiply their reach.
EduFem mission is to raise awareness about the importance of being active citizens (especially in social, civic, and educational actions) in order to belong to the community and to feel included. EDUFEM also aims to support the most vulnerable groups of our society (such as migrants, women, people with low-income) to up-skill, enter the labour market, develop their own initiatives and/or, find funding opportunities for their professional ideas.
More specifically, the priorities of the association are:
- The inclusion of people with special needs in the community by adapting educational activities (making them inclusive) and sharing good practices and know-how with other educational providers; and by promoting inclusive social and civic activities.
- Supporting, encouraging, and empowering women to take up LLL and enter the labour market with their own entrepreneur initiatives or new professional profiles.
- Raising awareness about the importance and benefits of diversity (in gender, culture, social status…) in all spheres of life (work, education, leisure time…)
- Make labour market opportunities available and reachable for all groups of citizens, especially those with specific needs or who have little or no access, through new technologies and new forms of mediation.
- Developing new participatory and intercultural approaches by fostering intercultural dialogue.
- Enhancing the social and educational dimension of interculturality and gender inclusiveness and advocating for its contribution to economic growth and social cohesion
